Duplicating Schedules

To access the Scheduling Tools, you must have Company Admin access or have been given access by a Company Admin.

How to Duplicate a Schedule


  1. Go to the Schedules icon in the top menu
  2. Click to edit the schedule you wish to duplicate.
  3. Click the Duplicate link in the top area of the schedule
  4. Name the schedule and choose the start date
  5. Click Duplicate
  6. The schedule will be copied. If there are employees that have availability that has changed or have approved time off requests during the new schedule time period that conflict with a shift that was scheduled during the original schedule, the shifts will be converted to house shifts so that you can re-assign them to someone else
