Custom Access Roles

Keeping everyone up to date and on the same page is crucial when it comes to the success of your business. Our Daily Log Book helps you stay on top of daily tasks, updates, announcements, the financial status of your business, and more. Help each shift be a successful one by consolidating all communication, log notes, and important data into ShiftForce.

Four Types of Roles in ShiftForce:

• Company Admin: Complete access to the Shiftforce account
• Location Admin: Nearly full access - cannot change company settings
• Manager: Lots of access - cannot view access roles, billing, company settings, locations, or stat settings.
• Employee: Can view calendar, schedule, announcements, log notes, checklists, daily log, shared documents, stats, and edit their personal information and availability

How to Create a Custom Access Role

Settings > Company > Access Roles > Add Access Role > Permissions
