Initial Steps:

Element 1: Add Positions

Settings > Locations > Select Location > Edit > More Actions > Positions > Add Position

Settings > Schedule > More Actions > Positions > Add Position

 

Element 2: Add Roles

Settings > Company > Access Roles > Add

 


Element 3: Add Employees

Settings > Staff > Add New

 

Element 4: Manager Updating Employee Availability and Time Off Requests

Settings > Locations > Find Location > Staff > Select Employee > Edit

 


Element 5: Manager Approving Employee Requests

Requests > View Requests > Approve/Decline
