Resending User Registration

Whenever a new employee is added to ShiftForce, they'll receive a registration email with a code letting them know they've been added to your account. If the user can't find that email or says they never received it, they'll most likely need it to be resent to them.

Before resending the confirmation email, double-check to ensure that their email address was added correctly.

Resending Employee Registration Email

Staff > Select Staff Member > Edit > Resend Registration
